this is secondary menu and you can remove it under Appearance > Menus > Manage locations section.

I have another question, do I have to buy the theme one more time if I want to create another website with the same theme?

To be frank I don't know the rules and I don't have the time to read them so it's an easy method just to ask.

Yes, you need to buy new license if you want to use this theme for another site. In reference to TF license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as much licenses and many sites you want to build. Of course this concerns all themes on Themeforest marketplace.

thank you for the help but I want to change the color of the menu butons from left of the website.

If you take a look on the website you will see that I have a menu on the left with some orange and white buttons. I want to change the white buttons to grey.
