you can turn it on under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Subheader section.

I want hide the subheader but when I use the subheader hide option, the template don´t hide complely.

@BGASESORES This is not subheader but header's height. Under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section you have the following css:

body:not(.template-slider) #Header { min-height: 140px; }

So if you want header to be shorter, you must decrease above value from 140px do 100px.
