Change header top bar background image

I'm using Energy Theme demo content and I want change the current header top bar background image "home_energy_header_bgd.jpg".

Where can I set the new image ?

I looked for it everywhere....

looks like this background is located under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section.
