could not touch in mobile and tablet & how to close animation

Dear,

I meet a problem about revolution slider setting. Although I have set it to be touched in mobile and tablet, but it does still not. Otherwise, the tabs I put on the slide have animated to disappear and I could not find where to change the setting.

Could you help me?

Hi,

looks like you have some errors in JS console what you can see on http://pasteboard.co/2Peqcg73.png We suggest to sort those errors first because this could be the reason why it does not work as should.

These errors are not related with theme so in reference to Item Support Policy it is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don't know how, you should contact with your web developer.

P.S. We suggest to start from plugins deactivation because they are usually the culprit.
