Pagination not working

Hello,

I am building a site, where lots of pages/posts/events will have lots of very long texts and I want to split them into pages. I\ve done some reading and see that I can use 
!--nextpage-- in the code. 

I've tried using it, but on posts it looks ok, When I insert it into page, then the text got cut where I put the tag, but no navigation shows.

For example this posts looks ok:
http://test.integral-bg.eu/2016/04/12/test/

but this page which has the same tag doesn't look ok - navigation is missing: 
http://test.integral-bg.eu/about-iir/

Please help me as this is very important. If not with tag can it happen with plugin/coding or something else
