Row background issue when on mobile

Hi, I noticed that when viewing a page on our while on mobile the background rows seem to span incorrectly.  We have the theme fully updated, and I believe that was what may have caused it. It looks like all the other rows seem to contain the text fine, but for some reason the first section at the top you can see the backgrounds changing behind the text.  We do have an iframe contact form, and that seems to be what is spanning over, and looks to possibly be causing the problem.
