Hide the content button stopped working

After applying recent Betheme updates, the "Hide the Content" button all of the sudden stopped working. Specifically, every time I turn it on and then update the page it shows up as "off" and correspondingly the previously content that was hidden is now appearing online, which I have deleted since due to this issue. I have updated to the latest Betheme theme and running Wordpress 4.5. Any help in regards to this would be very much appreciated. Thank you!
