is it possible to enable/disable Hover Title not in the general preferences for the whole site but in every instance of a Portfolio separately and individually?
Is it possible do deactivate the zooming at mouseover, too?
What you ask for, requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don't know how, you should contact with your web developer.
P.S. We can just tell you that images sizes need to be changed under functions/theme-functions.php file where add_image_size() functions are.
