I dont have menu "Force Rewrite Titles" in SEO by YOAST when i using Betheme ?

When i using betheme, my title will be duplicate and i using SEO by YOAST to rewrite it, but when i install it i dont have check-box "Force Rewrite Titles" in SEO menu. How can i fix it ?
