Hi

How do I get rid of the grey lines that appear on the filter section at the top of the blog page?

Also - how do I remove that filter section completely,

Finally, how do I remove the "do you like" under the blog posts?

To remove this filter and "do you like it", please use below css:

.blog #Filters { display: none; }
.blog .post-footer .button-love .love-text { display: none; }

Thank you. I just tried that. It didn't work.

Perhaps I did it wrong....this is where I posted it:

Each custom CSS should be pasted in Theme options > Layout > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section.

Great. Thank you - that worked!

However when I click on a link via a tag, it is still there. What do I need to get rid of the lines when viewing posts via tags etc.?

And it is also at the top of each post page when I click on any post.

Also is there a way to set up one post page format/layout....at the moment I have to go in to each one to change each one, e.g. if I want to change the RevSlider or layout elements. I am hoping I can set one layout / format for all posts in one go.

Please send us url to your website because we have no idea what line for tags you still have. We must have a look on it.

What you mean one layout for post page? Because we are not sure what exactly you mean.

I was able to remove the grey lines (filter panel) from the top of the main blog page which shows the listing of the blog posts. However when you go into a single blog post, the grey lines are still there.

The site is in maintenance mode. But here is a photo showing that posts (either clicked on directly or via tags) still have the like button and the grey lines.

.single-post .post-nav { display: none; }
.single-post .post-header .button-love a.mfn-love { display: none; }
.single-post .post-header .title_wrapper { border: 0 !important; }

Please advise how I can do the same thing for Pages. This worked very successfully for posts, and I would like to change how the header appears for pages.

For pages, copy above css but use .page class instead of .single-post

That didn't work unfortunately. I emptied the cache also. Still didn't work. Here is what I used:

.page .post-nav { display: none; }

.page .post-header .button-love a.mfn-love { display: none; }

.page .post-header .title_wrapper { border: 0 !important; }

That removed the header. I want to keep the header.

I think I may have not explained the problem properly.

My issue is to get rid of the grey box that the header sits on, so that the header appears exactly like it does in the blog posts. Like the header here (simple black text on white background, justified left) : http://paintdrawblend.com/2014/10/panpastel-monotypes-dawn-emerson/

Sorry but we really don`t see any grey header. Please make a screenshot of what you mean with explanation on it. This will be the best way to show us which elements you want to remove from right page.
