Subheader image repeat

I've created a subheader look using a row in VC using a background row colour (black) plus a top border (red) - see http://fairmontequities.com/services/

I want to replicate this using a subheader instead. How can I set a top and bottom border for the subheader?

Also is there a way of repeating a background image in a subheader?

Hi,

to set top and bottom border for subheader, you need to use an extra css:

#Subheader {
    border-bottom: 3px solid red;
    border-top: 3px solid red;
}

Do you want to re-peat background image or what? Where exactly you want do this?

Repeat a small background pattern image in the subheader. From what I can see the image currently sits in the middle of the subheader. I'd like to repeat X & Y
