Contact form 7 issue

Is there any other plugin required for date picker along with contact form 7? I tried it but on my side it is not working. Just those two fields.

And that is just on Firefox it is working good on Chrome.

what exactly does not work in Firefox? We did checked it and date-picker works fine.

I have this issue too, works in chrome but not in firefox, no select date appears nothing to select

Contacted Contact form 7 developer and he said that in Firefox date picker is not working. You need to set date format in YYYY-MM-DD in order for form to work correctly.
