Fixed Height Testimonials

I've installed the testimonial slider on my client's homepage.

I've restyled it and looking perfect, I just want to remove the auto-height function. On another theme I have the option to tick fixed height (taken from largest testimonial). Can I achieve the same with Be Theme?

Hi,

yes, you can set fixed height for testimonials with the following css:

.testimonials_slider .caroufredsel_wrapper { height: 300px !important; }

This works great on desktop, but just realised it cuts off the text on mobile?

See link still active on mobile, it cuts off the names/titles etc

Please help we need to go live ASAP!

Wrap above css into @media query for desktops only then:

@media only screen and (min-width: 1240px) {
    .testimonials_slider .caroufredsel_wrapper { height: 300px !important; }
}

That's great thanks, but the client really doesn't like the constantly changing height on mobile. It throws out all the content underneath and not a good UX for the client.

I did try and change the 300px to 500px which looked fine on mobile, but left a massive gap on the desktop.

Is there some code that we input that would change height or padding so that desktop AND mobile are both fixed height and show the whole testimonial?
