How to get caption for menus

The menu configured in the Demo (Print) is really Awesome .
But how to re-create is a big challenge for us .
So , Please let us know how to create captions for Menu tab names. [home page, our studio, print with us, wist us]

this is Description which is default WP field. This has nothing to theme. Under Appearance > Menus section, you should have Description field under each menu items. If it's not there, you must activate it under Screen Options section which is in the right top corner.
