Migration from betheme 3.7 to 12.9 got some problem

Hi there

I have installed the new be theme (12.9) with FTP Transfer to my webserver.
I renamed the old directory to oldbetheme and created a new directory, where I uploaded the files.

The site 
http://www.schnydi.ch/isabel/wordpress looks ok, but I cannot scroll down. There is also no scrollbar on the right border in safari and chrome.
When I use Firefox the scrollbar is available. But in al browsers, the scroll does not react on the mousepad, I have to scroll down in FF on the right border.
