  Thanks for the tips. Looks like the two first solutions mentioned didn't do the job.

  While checking the system status, I noticed that PHP Max input Vars is already at 5000. 

  Still have the problem though. I understand you're no servers experts but if you have some additional tips, I'll get them !

  
  

  As my problem is only with this option, Is there a way to manually modify the file containing this option and setting it to nothing ?

  Try to change this variable to 10000 because maybe the page that does not save is so big that current value of 5000 is not enough. Please also make sure if you don't use any extra php stuff like SUHOSIN.
  
  So you are saying that only this one option does not save? Any other options that are below this one save?

  I'll try to change the variable, but yes, the only option not saving is this one, as far as i've noticed (and tweaked several things).

  I didn't try to deactivate gravity forms and try again, I'll do this today and keep you posted.

  Ok. So if increasing that value won't help, please send us private message with dashboard access and link to page where saving does not work and we will have a look on it.
