Boxed Version Top Margin

If i choose the boxed Version, there is am Margin on top. I could'nt find any setting to define or deactivate this margin. Is this possible, where can i define that? Maybe by custom CSS, if yes, can you help me what the code is?

@eliaspoensgen There is no need to set it up with custom css because you can do this easily under Theme options > Global > Advanced section where Boxed Layout | Side padding field is.
