SVG Object In Revolution Slider [Revolution Slider Pointer]

The SVG object that I have added to the Revolution Slider on this page (http://securehostserver.info/choiceop/) is not changing the cursor to a "finger" icon. The action added does work, but the rollover state and finger icon are not working.

Can you help with a solution?

as we can see, both works fine on slider now.

I have taken a screen video that shows the SVG object issue and it is not resolved. The rollover state does not work and the mouse cursor does not change from the arrow to the pointer cursor. Can you help?
