Muffin Builder Content is gone

Hi there,

I've made my website with the Betheme and used the muffin builder for the pages. Last week I noticed that in the backend all the content from the muffin builder has disappeared, so I can't change anything on my website. In the frontend the site shows everything correctly. When I click on "Update page" in the backend, then the content is also gone in the frontend. This problem must have existed for a longer time; today I uploaded a backup from the beginning of march, but it didn't make my content in the backend appear.

I'm really desperate and don't know what to do.

    Hi there,

    with Saturday's update everything went back to normal. This is really strange because I've updated my page whenever you sent me an update notification, and as I said, this problem must have existed at least since the beginning of March (I tried all the backups I've made since then but the content was missing in all of them). I will keep you up to date about this and I hope that the content doesn't disappear again. Thanks anyway for your help!

    I'm having the same exact issue. I have updated to the latest versions, tried turning off plugins. Nothing seems to work. I began building a new site with this theme and function and was considering it for another site but this is a big red flag.

    The site was behaving normally when I showed the client a few pages built out, and while they are still showing on the front end, in the back end muffin builder is completely missing along with all the content.

    How can this be remedied and why does it happen? Please advise, it's quite concerning.

    Hi,
    I'm having the same problem. I tried to move the site from test site to the live site and the muffin builder content vanished. I tried using the url changing plugin but it didn't work. 

    I've had to restore the old site and am now experimenting on another test site...still can't get it working.

    Please can you share how to fix this as I will need to be able to do it my self once it is live?

    Hi @abiruth1980,

    for complete site migration, we suggest to use Duplicator plugin. It’s pretty easy in use, quite fast and migrate complete website with all settings, media, content, etc.
