Does the theme support multiple languages?
For example, i want people opening my site from Turkey to see it in Turkish.
Is this possible?

I tried that plugin, actually i bought it and when i used it, it gave me a white page and a series of error and my website was down for 2 hours...
Are there any other plugins and / or work arounds that would do the job?

No, this is the only one that has been tested and it works on 100%. If something was wrong on your end, you supposed to contact with wpml author because you did something wrong for sure during the installation.
