upgrade failed with error "pageok"

Hi,
Last evening I updated BeTheme to v13.2 from v13.1 by overwriting with FTP.  I've updated many times with no issue. After this update the site would not come up and only a white page with small text saying "pageok".  I've never seen this before and could not an find explanation online that may any sense at all.
I had to RESTORE from a few days before to v13.1, to which site was ok again.  I wanted to check here to see if you have any idea what created this upgrade fail to v13.2before I try again.
