In Be Theme (Black & White Demo) gallery on home page.... i want to insert gallery like these in my website on home page & gallery page also.... my website link is.... www.rarearts.in.... so what should i do.... there is any plugin for the gallery or any other option.... plz provide me solution

for that, you need to use WP default gallery.

How do i change these images in the black and white demo of the gallery?

You need to replace current ID's of the images with the new one. If you go to Media section and hover over the Edit button of image you are interested, you will see ID in the link in the bottom.
