Slider does not show sometimes

I found a problem about slider.

Sometimes it does not appear when the users enter the site. However, it would work after refreshing.

Could you help me solve the problem? I could not find where the error is.

Hi,

we are sorry but we didn't noticed anything like this. Checked on 6 different computers and the slider loads each time.

The slider is a picture that two people look at the site name.

Dear,

I replaced revolution slider with layerslider, and it worked well.

However, I found a white line at the left of the slider in desktop mode.

Could I remove that white line?
