How to change the height of header image / banner

HI, I wanted to include a header image on blog page, services page and solution pages. I want the height of these header images to be half the height of home page. How can I customize the height of the header image with custom CSS ( or) Is there a option to choose in muffin builder.

to increase it's size, you need to increase padding bottom which is currently 250px.
