As you can see on http://pasteboard.co/1e98UToH.png the image tag is empty and this is the reason why parallax does not work.

you are incorrect. there is a divider in that column set at 629px. but, I took it out and copied a header to drop in there so you beleive me that it's not working properly.

Please send us dashboard access privately thru contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will proof that we are right and you didn't set the background and that's why parallax does not work.
