How do i remove the author and date from a blog post?

Ok. So to remove those details, please use:

.post-meta .author-date { display: none !important; }
.grid .post-footer .post-links i.icon-comment-empty-fa, .grid .post-footer .post-links a.post-comments { display: none !important; }

I tried to put the code in Custom CSS. but it didnt change anything. where should i put the codes?

when you click any picture on the portfolio it show the author and the date. how do i remove that too?

If above code, does not work, please move it on 1st position under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section because you must did something wrong in that section and this is the reason why any code after the place where you did mistake, does not work.

To remove date from Related Posts section, you need to use the following css:

.section-post-related .post-related .date_label { display: none !important; }

but to remove next/prev arrows, you need to do this from Blog, Portfolio & Shop > General section.

the date from the related post has been removed though the date inside the navigation arrows is still showing. (when you hover the arrows)

is there a custom css also for this?

Hi there. I have a similar request. I would like to remove all dates and author infos from my portfolio pages (e.g. here: www.designbyculture.de/portfolio-item/identitaetvisualisieren/). I tried copying the suggested code in the CSS section but it doesn't work. Could you take a look? Thanks!!

You can do that easily by going to theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>blog

There you will find a post meta option!

Hello, is it possible to remove the title link to the single post? I mean I just want to have a newsfeed section from posts without linking the titles.

Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.

If you mean to remove redirecting to page, then this is not possible.

I can help you remove whole title.

To remove redirect, you have to modify Wordpress Files.

We do not support such modifications.

ok, can you at leat tell me how to delete all the nav buttons, autor, sharing buttons and related posts from the single post page?

I just want there the heading and content. What happens is there is no content, just heading and a lot of things i dont need there.

To disable share buttons and navigation in blog post go to

Theme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > General - turn on these options i showed you.

Then, please go to Theme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Blog, scroll a little down

and turn off all the options you don't want to see in Single Post sections

Also, turn off the Post Meta.
