Whilst you are on my website perhaps you can take a look on the home page at the bottom, this was a copy from your business page demo but for some reason the icons are now gone (they used to be there).

To decrease padding between menu items, please use below css:

#Top_bar .menu > li > a span:not(.description) { padding: 0 10px; }

But about icons, the problem is with Download Manager plugin. Please deactivate it and all will be fine.
