Can't seem to import demo file

I am getting the following error when I try to import the "fix.zip" demo data: http://screencast.com/t/Htze2JGSmD

I downloaded the latest version of the BeTheme files and tried again with no luck. Is it an issue with my site/server or an issue with the fix.zip file?

version 5.2.1 - I installed it when I installed the theme just the other day.
