Split Menu Semitransparent

Hi,

I would like to know why if i choose "Split Menu Semitransparent" for my header style, then the menu will all go to Left, please take a look at my attached image, thanks.

Thanks for reply, i followed the steps and finally the menu seems good, but the logo still not in the right place, what should i do now?
