Issue with resizing on differnt computers

I am posting below two screen shots of the website both on chrome web browser. The one on top is my screen and looks ok. The one underneath is not adjusting the fullscreen picture on revolution slider so parts of the picture are mission. Notice that on the top screen shot you can see a wave shape on the bottom on the menu bar, on the 2nd screen shot the wave in not showing.

The first picture above is a screen shot of the live site as viwed on my computer. The picture below is the same site live as viewed on someone else's computer. This is the site http://cafetov.co.il/

This is how your slider scales and what's why wave shape disappears. But this has nothing to theme. You supposed to upload larger image (minimum 1920px width).
