So if that was our answer, you supposed to explain the person who wrote to you what for this access is. We are not "one man army" and different people may check different questions. That's why you supposed to explain what for the access you sent is.

I know that you are not "one man army" but your costumer service in this case is very unefficient. You should explain that the team that resolve that kind of issues don´t know nothing about the support forum.
If I have explain all the problem again through email, this forum is useless.
