Removing Recent Posts, Comments, Archive, Categories & Meta from pages

Great theme, looks swell.

I wanted to remove Recent Posts, Comments, Archive, Categories & Meta from pages from the footer of pages.  Is that in theme options?  Can it be done via edit theme (if so what file)?
