Fixed menu only on some pages

Hi there,

I just noticed today that the fixed top nav menu on my customer's site is only "fixed" on some pages. Please see http://snellersnowsystems.com/ and notice the menu is correctly fixed there. However, on these pages it is not:

http://snellersnowsystems.com/snow-removal-mi/ (our most popular page)

http://snellersnowsystems.com/landscaping/

http://snellersnowsystems.com/blog/

Is there a cause I can fix for this?

Ok. We see that you use custom layouts for some pages and this is probably the reason why sticky header does not work on those pages.
