One page menu does not work

Hi, there!

I create new presentation page for my project

http://coach-portal.com/coach-portal-com-eto/

and have added 2 section to test scroll menu, then created menu by new method

as described here http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#menu

but one page scroll menu does not appear!

Would you say please how to make it work?!

Hi,

did you turned ON "One page" option which is in "Page options" section while you create/edit page?

BTW We are not able to check anything because your page does not have any scroll. You have only post sliders activated and nothing else.

of course I did turned ON "One page" and now I created 5 sections to make scrolling possible

As we see on video, you use wrong links. You shouldn`t use full path like that. Instead of last / should be used only #. So link should look as below:

Sorry but we don`t understand the problem because your message above is not clear. When we tried for example at http://coach-portal.com/coach-portal-com-eto#section3 menu works properly and scroll to right section.

yes, that's right. but my message is: scroll menu does not appear on my page with Blank Page Template. How to customize it right?

Because this is how Blank Page works. As the name is, all pages with "Blank" template does not have any header or footer. Those pages got only content from muffin builder so everything works right way.

Clear.

The thing is, the some portal events should be redirected at high quality landing page. So, scroll menu is nessesary to provide maximally convenient deep presentation and high convertion depends on it as you see!

Then, would you advice, how create landing page with scroll menu without theme header and footer? Is it possible? May be it is possible to create special template or by other ways?

This can be done with some custom css only but header with menu section must stay. You can create website with default page template and with custom css you can remove whole footer. But for header you can choose one of available layouts. And this is the only way to do what you need.

Yes, you can use different css styles for every single page. In "Page settings" section, at the very bottom place you have "Custom CSS" field where you can write own styles for each page.

1. This can be done with custom css or with Layouts generator option.

For that you must use Layouts Generator (the same section we mentioned above). Inside you can create own, pre-defined layouts and then while you create/edit website you can choose if you want to show default layout or one of already created.
