Comment Form missing

Hey there,
i want to add a Leave a comment section on a page.
I enabled comments via Options> Pages > General. Now the page i want the comments on displays comments on the bottom, but there is no way to add a comment for users or guests. I can add comments on editpage, so the form on the page is missing:

So I noticed if I use a Post instead of a Page i'll get the Form i want but this is just not optimal for my use. Is there a way to decide on what Post / Page to show a Comment form or not individually ?

Hi,

did you enabled comments under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Blog section as well?

Yes comments are enabled under Blog section, on standard Wordpress you have a Page option to toogle comments on or off seperatly, is there not such an option ?
