I see a problem aligning additional information besides the price on single product page.

Can you support me with aligning the red marked info underneath the price?

please switch to default WP theme and check if this section looks the same when default one is active.

Hey guys, I am facing a similar problem now - therefore I post this in here instead of opening another articel. Hope you're fine with that...

Please see provided picture!

Article Number and tags (if set in article) are writen in a row. I've tried several possebilities in CSS but I couldn't figuer it out. I want the "article number" and the "tag" to be lined up in separate rows instead of one.

Could you please help?!

It's easy. You need to display them block instead:

.single-product .product_meta span.sku_wrapper, .single-product .product_meta span.tagged_as { display: block !important; }

Dear Support Team,

I uploaded the newest betheme files and the problem is not fixed. Then I switched from the child theme to the parent theme and the bug is still not fixed. When I take the deafault WP Theme (twenty sixteen) it's going to work. What can I do to fix the bug in betheme (child)? Shall I send you a PM with my HOST User Password?

Hi,

if
you removed all theme files via FTP and uploaded the newest one and it still
does not work, please switch to parent theme and check if it works when parent
theme is active. If still does not work, please switch to any default WP theme
and check if it’s fine when default is active.

@martinboesch Each custom css need to be put under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section.
