Changing Default "Post" Format

Hi,

I would like to change the default New Post layout on my site, www.westech.co.za/blog

I would like to remove the top section which contains the featured image and a few other features.

Is this possible and how would I do it? Please could you help me?

please send us on screenshot which "other features" you mean as well so we can avoid confuse.
