Action Bar not visible in Mobile browser

is there anyway to enable Action bar in mobile mode ?
It's not showing.

Action Bar is disabled for mobile because it doesn't look good and is definitely not good to have tons of information and other stuff in header. Most users expect to see the content on mobile devices and that's why Action Bar has been disabled. But if you really want to enable it, please send us link to page where you would like to do this first.
My client's website is at www.ethicalflooring.com. He asking if the action bar can be still at the same location as that in the desktop browser. Thanks.
