Feature image and Header Spacing help

Need to have the featured picture and share box under the header. how can i acomplish this

well now the feature image is below but i cant get the read all out of the menu

But as we can see, you set Transparent header style. The sense of being transparent is that any content below goes behind the header. So if you don't like the way it looks like, please use another header type.

It looks great on every other page. There is no way to provide spacing or a padding to the blog section?

As we can see, you already added custom background to header so looks like it is as you expect now.
