my website disappeared and i disabled all plugins, but still nothing

Hello.  i was working on a demo site using a copy of betheme, but when i updated the theme everything disappeared.  i can log in, but nothing i know how to do works to get things back.  i figured it might be some kind of theft deterrent to using multiple copies of the theme, so i went ahead and purchased another license, but still nothing.  what am i doing wrong?  thanks!

    Hi,

    recent version of Wordpress requires minimum PHP 5.6 but the version you are using is definitely older and that’s why Wordpress doesn’t work as should. For more details about Wordpress requirements please check wordpress.org

    thank you for the prompt reply, but you really lost me there.  i called godaddy and they told me the highest i can go is php 5.4.  i updated the php, but still nothing.  i have another betheme website that works great in the current 5.0 environment.  For a workaround, can i export the page from the invisible site, delete the entire theme and wordpress, reinstall wordpress fresh, and import the page?  is this fixable or should i start over? Thanks!!

    Did you checked the link we gave you above? It's official Wordpress and and these are official, newest requirements of Wordpress. And if your provider is able to install maximum PHP 5.4, their hosting is simply not Wordpress ready.

    why does the other betheme site i mentioned work?  will that simply go away too some day?

    i updated my godaddy account to the cpanel with php 5.6, and there is still nothing visible on the site for grandmas-deli.com.  what next?  thanks!
