Sorry, but we do not understand. What exactly is not clear enough? The image we gave you above explains how to set up similar item and we do not understand what you mean exactly.

So the picture explains the setup but inside each item box there are more settings i.e padding, custom css

Sorry my description isnt clear enough.

the picture you attached shows me clearly the page layout to achieve the look I want but inside each wrap there are more options such as padding, custom css and parralax etc etc

The reason I ask is becuse my page still doesnt look like betheme's one

And you need to paste it thru Import feature of Muffin Builder. Except that, we do not have anything else what we can give you.
