Move Action Bar to top on "Below Slider" header style

I'm implementing the "Below Slider" header style on my homepage like the VPN demo http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/vpn/ but I need the action bar to appear above the slider. Thank you!

Hi,

we are sorry but it is not possible to have "Below slider" header and keep Action Bar above the slider.

Cmon. I've set up a child theme and I'm comfortable editing the php if that's what's required. There's alwyas a way...

Like we wrote above, it's not possible to do it without files customization.
