Smooth Scrolling NOT working

I have set several in-page navigation links to "scroll" to specific content on the same page from the main navigation ... however, it's jumping-snapping down to that position ... not "smoothly scrolling".  Should I start looking for a plug-in to accomplish this or can we fix this problem in-theme?

    Hi,

    there is no need to look for a plugin. You should start from reading documentation http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#menu more carefully where we explained how to set up ONE PAGE menu items. And because you didn't read it, you forgot about One Page option which is responsible for smooth scroll.

    Ok ... I did read the documentation ... but this is NOT a "one page" website.  I'll go back and read it again (this time more carefully) and get back to you if I'm still encountering the same problem.

    Thanks for the expedited response ... you might want to tone it down a bit ... your response comes off with some serious attitude.  Support is part of what we paid for ... my request for support was not rude.  I can appreciate a direct answer, but comments like "and because you didn't read it" are unnecessary and unprofessional.

    Ok ... well, that's a shame you didn't understand.  I don't have an axe to grind with you guys ... just need to resolve these technical issues I'm experiencing with your theme.

    I have clients ... and deadlines .. I can appreciate your need to be "direct" in your responses ... you have plenty of customers who need your help.  Just don't go implying that we're too lazy to read your documentation and then rub it in our faces that this is exactly what you are assuming we did.

    Customer service can make or break businesses ... just trying to give you some feedback on your current "quality of service".

    I had confused "one page" with single page site design ... and since my site has multiple pages I disregarded your documentation as "not applicable" in my case.

    I'm already working through the solution for this ... thanks for your help.
