Main Blog Page - Disable image zoom for featured image and change post heading

Hi there,


I'm having a little difficulty working out where I can disable the image zoom effect on each of the blog posts on the above page. 

I can only seem to find the options to disable for SINGLE POSTS under the BeTheme Options>Blog

I would also like to change the heading style for each of the listed posts (again on the above page).  Does the theme automatically pickup a h1-h6 property for blog posts, or can I set this up somewhere.

Any help would be appreciated :)
