Hello,
I can't seem to find an option where I can...
1. Reduce the font size of the title on the blog
2. Reduce the height of the sub header on all pages
Can you help please?

The height of the sub-header area on all pages please, for example on this page:
http://alutechsystems.co.uk/about/ – the height of the dark blue area underneath the main navigation which contains About Us.

2. This can be decreased under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section where the following css responsible for subheader padding is:
#Subheader { padding: 100px 0; }
