hi guys

trust all is well,

I keep getting importing slider settings and data...Error: Incompatible Archive. when I try to import the slider demo data related to my theme.

I have tried all the other demo sliders and end up with same result. everything else installed great when choosing the emo holdings.

any solution as to why it keeps saying incompatible archive?

Hi Dan,

is that Revolution Slider? If it's Slider Revolution, please make sure you use latest version of this plugin.

@simran101 Please watch our instructional video where we explained how to import slider properly because looks like you are trying to import wrong file.

I've read all the comments, I've watched the instructional video, but I still can't upload the demo slider I want (copywriter). Yes, I'm trying to import the zip file. It keeps coming back with an error message: incompatible archive. What do I do now?

@Listin Are you using the latest version of betheme and all plugins are up to date?
If no, please update. We would also recommend to make a backup and delete the theme, then install a fresh copy and do the same with plugins.
