"Clients" item in Muffin Builder; how do I keep it from resizing the featured image?

Every time I set up the Clients shortcode, and set featured images in the individual client item, it uses a self-generated 75px X 75px thumbnail rather than my full sized image that I have assigned. I have modified the CSS to display these images at 150px square rather than the default size, as they are too small to keep the logos readable. The result is that these images look blurry, since the theme-generated thumbnails are being scaled up, rather than using my full size images and scaling them down.

If I edit the featured image in the individual Client item, it temporarily switches to the large image, but some time after it is automatically replaced with the  75x75 thumbnail.

What is the permanent fix for this?
