Contact form not sending messages

I do face issues with contact form in your theme. I am not able to make it work. I tried different WP SMTP plug-ins with no success. The plug-ins themselves work fine, they can send test messages with no problems.

I have read quite a few discussions in your forum but it was of no use. Please suggest what to do. Thanks.

    Hi,

    if you are unable to send messages via CF7, you need to contact with your admin/hosting provider because this has nothing to theme.

    Did you read my description of the issue?

    The SMTP plug-in does send the message with no problem so there must be something between the CF7 and wordpress.

    Yes, we read it of course but it doesn't matter if your SMTP plugin send the messages or not. Something else need to be configured wrong on your server side but as theme author, we have no impact on it because the problem is on the line between your server and Contact Form 7 plugin.

    If Wordpress sends the message without problems via a plugin test page (from within the wordpress) and your theme's contact form cannot do that then it is clearly a problem of the theme or the contact form. It is a basic troubleshooting.

    We are sorry but we can not agree with you because theme has nothing to Contact Form 7 plugin. Don't you think it's very weird that for over 40.000 other users it works and just doesn't on your server?

    We do not use any SMTP plugins. We use Contact Form 7 plugin only and did never had such problems. That's why we recommend to contact with admin and check the logs on your server. There is no special configuration for CF7, it just works fine after installation.

    So why do people install SMTP plug-ins in wordpress and in your theme in particular? There so many discussion where they talk about which plug-in to use.

    i´m using cf7 and it works fine without any additional plug in.

    You can see i have only a few plugins and nothing for smtp.
