What file can I edit to add a sidebar to the (Layout for Blog Page) for Timeline Layout?

My question is in reference to the Home Page when (Front Page Displays - Your Recent Posts), not a static Page.

Ok, got it. So what you need to do is create an empty blog page where you need to set up sidebar and then under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Blog section, you need to set up this page as Blog.
