New Muffin Support account

Hi there,

We purchased several Be Themes on behalf of our clients. On of my clients would like to create a Muffin account himself. The Item Purchase Code of their Be Theme (that we purchased) can't be used in this setup. Probably some verification thing?

How could my client create a Muffin account using the Item Purchase Code we bought on their behalf?

Hi,

tell your client to send us private message from account which he used to buy theme and we will have a look on it.

Well, thats the case. WE bought the theme on my clients behalf. So the Purchase Code only matches OUR account (RMWS). So my client is not able to setup an account at Muffin.

So you need to contact with Envato then and ask them if you can transfer the license onto client's account because there is nothing what we can do in this case unfortunately.
